The proposal aims to restructure the entire ApeCoin ecosystem by transferring assets and liabilities from the DAO to ApeCo—a legal entity created by Yuga Labs. The leadership of ApeCo is expected to include Cameron Kates, the current CEO of the Ape Foundation, as well as other members and the Banana Bill team.
