Evolution is a Decentralization application platform that allows developers to build applications based on fast, easy, and reliable Decentralization data access. The platform consists of four main elements: Platform Chain, Data Contracts, Data Storage, and Decentralization API (DAPI). The initial applications of Evolution include Dash Platform Name Service (DPNS) and DashPay payment application contract, aiming to provide users with a more intuitive payment experience while ensuring data ownership and privacy. Dash states that the Genesis version already includes all the above features as well as support for Non-fungible Tokens (NFTs), and future plans include further improving network stability, launching DPNS and DashPay, developing support for fungible tokens, and increasing throughput.
