Sui Liquid Staking Hackerthon Finalist Project Overview

After more than 40 days of registration and careful selection, the shortlist for the Sui liquid staking Hacker competition has finally been revealed. This Hacker competition features two tracks, with six teams successfully advancing to Demo Day in each track. Let's take a look at these outstanding shortlisted projects.

1. Aftermath Finance A comprehensive decentralized trading platform based on Sui Move, offering spot, perpetual contracts, and options trading, as well as features like CMMM for long-tail assets and indices.

2. DegenHive Combining the innovative governance model of centralized liquidity DEX and NFTs, aiming to fully leverage the potential of $SUI.

3. Haedal Protocol A liquid staking protocol on the Sui network, where users can stake $SUI to earn haSUI, supporting ecological governance while participating in DeFi activities to obtain additional rewards.

4. Interest Protocol A multifunctional DeFi protocol that supports swapping and lending, and helps liquidity providers hedge against impermanent loss risk through the Sui Dollar stablecoin.

5. SUISA SUISA (SUI Staking Aquarium) allows users to stake $SUI to obtain stSUI, which can also be used to mint NFTs.

6. Volo By providing voloSUI, help users maximize the utility and liquidity of SUI.

1. Aftermath Finance Same as the above description.

2. Bucket Protocol A non-custodial, immutable, and governance-free CDP protocol that supports multiple assets as collateral, allowing users to acquire the required tokens at zero interest.

3. Desig Provide a universal multi-signature solution compatible with DApps on various blockchains.

4. Kana Labs User-friendly applications aimed at DeFi and GameFi.

5. Legato Provide fixed interest rate solutions for liquid staking assets and predict annual interest rate fluctuations on the Sui network.

6. Wisp Swap A decentralized trading and prediction market platform that adopts an innovative asymmetric concentrated liquidity DEX model.

Demo Day Details

• Time: September 29, 12:00 - 15:00 (GMT+8)
• Format: Live streaming via StreamYard
• Process:
  • Participating teams: 10 minutes per team (5 minutes for presentation + 5 minutes for Q&A)

Review Process

1. The jury is selected by the Sui Foundation and partners from ecosystem partners, sponsors, etc.
2. Review and score each project based on predefined standards.
3. Calculate the average score after removing the highest and lowest scores.
4. The standardized average score is used to determine the recipients of each award.
5. The results of the competition will be announced on October 2.
