On August 15, according to documents disclosed today by the U.S. SEC, the Abu Dhabi sovereign wealth fund Mubadala held 8,726,972 shares of IBIT as of June 30, with a market capitalization of approximately $534 million. This Holdings has not changed since the last document disclosure in May. In addition, in a new document, Al Warda Investments disclosed that it held 2,411,034 shares of IBIT as of June 30, with a market capitalization of approximately $147.5 million. The manager of this Holdings is noted in the document as the Abu Dhabi Investment Council, which is a sovereign wealth fund under Mubadala.
