Chinese Confucianism: Signs a 2026 Game Cooperation Framework Agreement with Tencent representative company
China Ruanyi Announcement, the company signed the “2026 Game Cooperation Framework Agreement” with Tencent on April 7, 2026, representing Tencent Holdings Limited and its related entities, including Tencent Video. The agreement is valid from the date the preconditions are met until December 31, 2028. The cooperation covers four modes: publishing cooperation, joint operation cooperation, marketing services, and exclusive agency, specifically including: the company as the exclusive agent or designated platform for the cooperation games; both parties jointly operate the games on their respective platforms and settle revenue according to channels; the company provides Tencent-represented company with customized marketing services based on film and television linkage; Tencent-represented company publishes, operates, and promotes the cooperation games on its platform and third-party platforms. The agreement plans to prepare 12 cooperative products, which are expected to be launched successively from 2026 to 2027.
