Jin10 reported on August 11 that Feilu Co., Ltd. announced that its shareholder He Xiaofeng, holding 3.0337 million shares, accounting for 1.48% of the total share capital, plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 3.0337 million shares (not exceeding 1.48% of the company's total share capital) through Block Trading or centralized Bidding within three months starting from August 15, 2025; shareholder Liu Xiong Ying, holding 3.3776 million shares, accounting for 1.65%, plans to reduce his holdings in the same manner by no more than 3.3776 million shares (not exceeding 1.65% of the company's total share capital) during the same period. The reduction price will be determined based on the Secondary Market price at the time of the reduction.
