Milady's parent company Remilia still claims to release CULT tokens, but has not disclosed the latency reasons.

Odaily Planet Daily News Milady Cult Twitter account previously announced the presale of MEME Token CULT, and raised a financing of 20.53 million dollars, which has been transferred to the Multi-signature Gnosis Wallet. The Wallet currently holds 21.40 million dollars, mainly in Ethereum and USDT. However, as of now, the Token has not been released, causing dissatisfaction in the community. Milady’s parent company Remilia’s Chief of Staff Scorched Earth Policy said, “Yes, Token is being released. Beyond that, I cannot elaborate on the reasons for the latency.
