[Avalanche’s active addresses reached 648,000 yesterday, with May’s monthly activity hitting a record high] On May 18, according to SnowTrace data, the number of transactions on the Avalanche network surged to 12.35 million on May 15, setting a historical high, with Avalanche C-Chain transactions reaching 890,000 on the same day, also setting a historical high. Avalanche’s active Address count in May reached a historic high of 1.95 million, with yesterday’s active Address count hitting 648,000, of which Avalanche C-Chain had 427,000 active Addresses. Recent activity has mainly been driven by the user growth and NFT transaction volume from the blockchain game MapleStory Universe.
