This article recaps all the latest changes from the Oasis technical team in June.
Includes ROFL/ROFL launch event. Apps, system upgrades, improved developer experience to infrastructure optimization solutions and security bug fixes.

1. Update ROSE & Oasis CLI Wallet
ROSE Wallet:
Merged 2 major bugs:
☉ Fixed an application crash when checking an account with a failed debonding transaction (#2187).
☉ Fixed the screenshot creation function on the CI system (#2186).
☉Upgrade the Svgo library, complete 3 pull requests in June.
Oasis CLI:
☉ Added the "oasis rofl machine logs" feature – allows developers to check the logs of the hired ROFL machine (chỉ the new app admin has access cập).
☉ Add more automated checks before building the ROFL bundle ( check URL, Docker upload permissions, platform checks, confirm capacity...).
☉ Launching a new command "rofl push" to push the ROFL bundle to the OCI repository.
☉ Upgrade and fully document ROFL-related subcommands such as: rofl secret, rofl upgrade, rofl deploy, rofl provider.
☉ Released CLI version 0.14.0 with many improvements, intended for developers and hackathon teams.
2. Network Update: Mainnet & Testnet
Mainnet:
The transaction volume on the Sapphire Mainnet remains at 15,000–20,000 per day, with strong spike days exceeding 100,000 (17, 19, 26/6).
☉ On average, June reached 29,754 transactions/day, slightly (giảm compared to trước).
☉ Trading peak: 137,055 on June 17.
The network maintains a high degree of decentralization:
• 110 node validator
• 6 node key manager
• 40 node Cipher compute
• 53 node Emerald compute
• 34 node Sapphire compute
Didn't record any major incidents during the month.
Testnet:
Announcing the Oasis Core version 25.4, with no disruption to consensus.
☉ Trading on Sapphire Testnet ranged from 17,000–24,000/day, then fell to 9,000/day at the end of the month.
☉ The average in June reached 16,352 transactions/day.
☉ Trading peak: 24.696 on June 22.
The testnet infrastructure maintains a stable level of decentralization:
• 46 validator nodes
• 6 node key manager
• 18 node Cipher compute
• 26 node Emerald compute
• 17 node Sapphire compute
• 2 Pontus-X compute nodes
There are no major outages or incidents.
3. Nexus & Explorer
Nexus:
Upgrade performance, especially closely integrated with the ROFL marketplace.
Thoroughly address the issue of the indexer being delayed when the chain approaches the new block.
Optimize ABI queries for smart contracts to reduce system load.
ROFL Marketplace:
Added API to query replica, provider offer, filter/sort by admin address, app ID, creation time.
Updated the status of deleted ROFL instances and offers.
Add an escrow address for deposits when registering a new app.
Explorer:
Launched 9 new versions just in June.
Optimize the search experience: supports multi-word search, no need for correct order, returns clear validator results.
Upgrade UI/UX:
☉ Add app filters by name, detailed tooltip, checkmark to verify contracts on mobile.
☉ Change the main interface from dark green to white, unifying the style with the new website.
☉ The build/test system has switched to using vite/vitest.
☉ A total of 33 pull requests were merged, enhancing stability and features.
4. Developer & Paratime Platform
Oasis SDK:
• The runtime SDK supports the API to retrieve logs from a running ROFL replica.
• The ROFL scheduler supports log retrieval, SIWE authentication, ensuring good compatibility with EVM wallets and browsers.
• Launched 6 new releases including Go client, ROFL container, ROFL scheduler.
Sapphire:
• Wrapper Viem v2 supports arbitrary HTTP transport.
• Fix shutdown issues in Web3 Gateway, increase stability.
• Updated documents, expanded the user guide for ROFL, adjusted the website link to oasis net, and added security analytics.
Blockvote dApp:
• Allows easy UI customization through the .env file (app name, background, slogan…).
• Improve UX, increase security, auto-retry when RPC fails, reduce information exposure.
• 15 pull requests were merged in the month.
5. Upgrade Core Platform
CometBFT & Light Client:
☉Add a new query factory, supporting stateless nodes to verify the state root from block metadata, allowing remote node queries.
☉Refactor light client for multithreading, improve performance.
Attestation:
☉ Add the label component verification function on the node.
☉Cache TCB data when PCS is offline.
Storage:
☉ Fixed a long-standing bug that caused storage to hang at the finalize step.
☉ Fixed a bug when closing a null handle file.
☉ Simplify the MKVS iterator for easier use.
☉Launched Oasis Core 25.4 with 15 major pull requests.
