Have you ever experienced a "darkest moment"?
In the "darkest hour," we fell off a cliff, the fierce wind cut across our faces, the stones bruised our bodies, and we crashed to the bottom in a shattered state.
We have endured the destruction of various negative forces, felt all the worst experiences, our confidence and courage have been shattered into dust, and even our worldview has been destroyed and rebuilt.
But right at the cliff, some refuse to accept their fate and climb back up, while others fall to the bottom of the valley and can never return.
Each person's life curve will experience at least one rapid fall, which is something we must go through, but this determines whether we become strong or completely fall into mediocrity.
Those who have survived the darkest moments possess a certain black vitality. They are often the ones whom everyone envies: they usually speak at a moderate pace and have their own habitual postures or gestures. Once they decide to do something, they automatically filter out the opinions and gazes of those around them, as they simply don't have time to respond to these insignificant doubts, nor do they care to explain, because they are not on the same level as those questioning them. However, they do place great importance on the significant people in their lives.
If you are also going through a dark moment right now, I want to say a few words to you:
First, reconcile with yourself, accept your shortcomings, accept all your flaws. I am not a child of destiny; I am just an ordinary person. The more adversity you face, the more you should learn to accept your imperfections.
Second, do not hold unrealistic fantasies about the outside world any longer. Everything can only rely on oneself, actively analyze and summarize, find the root cause of the problem, and then solve the root issue. There will always be a solution to every problem. If the problem cannot be eradicated, it will recur in the future; it's just a matter of time.
Thirdly, analyze where your own value lies, create advantages, enhance your perspective and insights, create value, achieve win-win situations, and be altruistic, thereby improving your resource integration capabilities and gaining more external support.
I believe you can also calmly face your darkest moments and emerge with a beautiful upward life curve.
When you realize that the curve of life is constantly filled with peaks and valleys, you become psychologically prepared to deal with these matters. Remember to save the above mindset section; whenever you feel lazy, discouraged, or lack courage, take it out and have a look. Ask yourself more often that life is not only about achieving things but also about learning to get along with yourself.
