Qatar and the United States are drafting a ceasefire plan for Gaza to be submitted for discussion between Israel and Hamas within two weeks.

On August 9, local time, it was reported that Qatar and the United States are drafting a comprehensive ceasefire agreement to end the conflict in the Gaza Strip, and plan to submit the proposal to Israel and the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) for discussion within the next two weeks.
