US Treasury Secretary Basent: Trump proposed a protocol with NVIDIA, which is a unique solution. I can envision similar arrangements for Nvidia emerging in other cases over time. I do not want Huawei to have the digital Belt and Road.
Taxpayers benefit from NVIDIA's sales in China. We can discuss the use of Nvidia chips with China. Many Chinese technologies are developing in line with the United States. Revenue arranged by NVIDIA will be used to pay off debts.
My point is that China will bear these tariffs. We will see a return to normal, pre-pandemic profit margin levels. We are talking about the synchronized prosperity of Main Street and Wall Street.
