🇺🇸 The US Court of Appeals has declared Donald Trump's tariffs illegal.
▪ The US court voted against most of the tariffs that Trump uses as the main tool of foreign economic policy.
▪ The decision is postponed until October 14, and the administration has time to appeal it to the Supreme Court.
▪ Mutual tariffs (since April) and February tariffs against China, Canada, and Mexico were affected.
▪ Donald Trump called the court "extremely biased" and warned: "If the tariffs disappear, it will be a disaster for the country."
