The Japanese technology company Metaplanet increased its total BTC holdings to 20,000 by purchasing 1,009 Bitcoins. In the purchases made last week, the average price was reported to be $111,068.
The sixth largest Bitcoin company
Metaplanet has become the 6th company with the most Bitcoin with this acquisition.
According to the latest purchases;
Strategy 632 thousand 457,
Marathon Digital 50k,
XXI 43 thousand 500,
Bitcoin Standard 30 k,
Bullish 24k,
Metaplanet 20 thousand and
Riot Platforms holds 19,287 Bitcoin.
The Tokyo-based company had announced that it aims to reach 30,000 Bitcoin by the end of this year and 100,000 Bitcoin by the end of next year.
The company also announced last week that it wanted to raise around 880 million dollars through international share issuance. The majority of this money is aimed at purchasing Bitcoin.
