Elon Musk's trillion-dollar compensation plan is indeed shocking, but the logic behind it is worth pondering.
If Tesla's market value really can reach 10 trillion, giving Musk a 10% equity stake as an incentive is actually not excessive. The key is whether this ultra-long-term incentive mechanism can truly drive innovation breakthroughs.
