JPMorgan: The Fed may cut rates by 25 basis points, rather than 50 basis points.



Fabio Bassi of JPMorgan expects the Fed to cut interest rates by 25 basis points in September due to weak employment data, while inflation remains high.

He stated that the possibility of a 50 basis point rate cut is low.
