In the Crypto Assets market, many investors often fall into a mental trap: overly focusing on a specific Token's price target. However, this mindset can have a negative impact on trading.

True trading wisdom lies in understanding market dynamics, rather than clinging to preset price targets. The key question should not be "How much can this coin rise?" but rather "When should I buy or sell?".

A more effective strategy is to sell when prices stop rising and to buy when prices stop falling. The logic behind this approach is that it allows investors to better align with market trends rather than being constrained by fixed price targets.

Taking the bull market of 2021 as an example, many investors set various price targets, ranging from 98,000 to 130,000, and even as high as 1,000,000. However, after Bitcoin reached 66,000 dollars, the momentum began to weaken. Although it briefly touched 69,000 dollars, it then started to decline significantly. Those investors who remained fixated on higher price targets may ultimately suffer significant losses due to a reversal in market trends.

However, identifying the "stop rising" and "stop falling" points is not an easy task. It requires an in-depth understanding of the market, the ability to discern various indicators and signals. Investors need to cultivate a keen perception of market trends rather than simply relying on preset price targets.

In conclusion, a successful trading strategy should be based on an accurate understanding of market dynamics, rather than being fixed on a specific price point. By closely following market trends and making buy and sell decisions at the appropriate times, investors can better seize opportunities in the Crypto Assets market while also managing risks more effectively.
