#以太坊行情解读 $BTC $ETH $SOL True long-term holders often share a common trait—strong conviction. These community members are not in it for short-term gains but have reached a certain consensus based on market logic. They actively share ideas and promote projects they believe in on a daily basis. More importantly, they maintain a steady mindset: not panicking and selling in a bear market, nor blindly following the trend in a bull market. This kind of collective resilience is actually the best defense against market fluctuations. When enough participants can hold onto their beliefs, the community's resilience naturally manifests.

Holding onto beliefs sounds great, but how many can actually do it? Half of the people around me ran away during the bear market, haha. To be honest, you need enough capital to maintain a stable mindset; the poor don't have the privilege to hold firm beliefs. This is what true understanding looks like, unlike me who is chasing the price every day. A strong community can resist risks; this logic is sound, but it requires enough rational people. I don't know if it's my beliefs that are insufficient or my capital that is lacking, but I just can't hold on. The key is to find like-minded individuals; no matter how firm one’s beliefs are, it’s easy to be played by the market alone. This sounds nice, but when it comes to losing 50%, who can really stay composed? Beliefs must be validated with real money; otherwise, they are just empty words.

That's right, it's all about faith. But honestly, very few can truly hold on; most people get scared and give up at the first dip. --- Not selling in a bear market? Ha, that requires true conviction. Out of the people I know, nine out of ten have broken their resolve. --- That's why retail investors will always be retail investors; institutions can hold, but we can't. --- Community resilience? That was from the last bull market. Now, every community is bearish. --- Holding onto faith is simple—when you're losing money, don't look at the K-line, don't listen to the scammers on the forums. --- To be honest, a steady mindset plus sufficient cash flow are essential. Having faith alone without money to sustain you is useless. --- It's the same old rhetoric. If everyone in the crypto world truly believed like that, there would be no volatility at all.

Well said, but how many can really do it? Most just talk about holding, but when the price drops, they cut their losses.

That's right, a true hodler is like this. But on the other hand, it's easy to say to stay committed, but hard to actually do it... --- The bear market is the best time to see who truly believes and who is just following the trend. Those around me who kept shouting to hold, haven't made a sound for a month after a drop, haha. --- That's why I never look at the daily chart; looking at it just messes with my mindset. Discipline really is something you cultivate. --- Community resilience is important, but the prerequisite is having enough rational people. There are still too many emotional trades now... --- What a joke about being steadfast. Last month, I was so confident that I bought the dip halfway up the mountain, and now I’m truly forced to hold long-term. --- It would have been great if someone could have listened to this at the top of the 2021 bull market. Now, it's too late to say anything. --- More important than faith is patience in waiting; it's really not a simple thing.

That's right, you need to have faith. But how many can truly hold on? Every time it drops, someone is forced to sell at a loss.
