On March 17, during the “Innovation Forum: Small Changes, Big Impact” session at the 2026 Yabuli China Entrepreneurs Forum Annual Conference, Lesure Co-founder Xie Xiusheng shared his views on AI.
He stated that just now, AI Agent helped him handle 27 tasks. “It handled them better than I could, in other words, it has already replaced me, and I didn’t need to get involved.”
He believes that in the future, everyone will be a product manager and a developer. If we don’t get involved in this wave, companies will fall behind and be eliminated. “This wave is unstoppable. Whether we are in consumer goods or agriculture, if we don’t leverage these tools, we might be eliminated even faster. I see this as a huge opportunity but also a challenge.”
