Polymarket prices the possibility of American President Donald Trump resigning today (2/9) at under 1%, even though the Oval Office announced he will appear at 1 AM tomorrow (3/9) but did not disclose the content. Previously, Trump only played golf on Labor Day and had no public activities.
Contracts related to Trump's term are actively traded: "Trump resigns in 2025" is priced at around 6%, while "impeached under the 25th Amendment" is at 7%. Another contract predicting his approval rating to drop to 40% or lower this year is trading at 19%.
