Preparation Before You Start

Before you begin, please review the following key information:

What is Smart Leverage Experience Coupon?

  • This is a virtual principal (voucher) issued by the platform, which can only be used to subscribe to products marked with the "Experience Coupon" label. It does not deduct from your spot/unified account funds.
  • Upon expiration, automatic settlement occurs and the system recycles the virtual principal. If there is a profit, actual earnings may be distributed according to the rules; if there is no profit, no actual financial loss will occur (refer to the page and order details).
  • The simulator on the homepage only includes regular products and does not include experience coupon products. After settlement, the special area may be hidden; it may reappear if you receive a new voucher.

  • You must be logged in and have an available experience coupon (if none are available, or only expired/used coupons exist, no entry will be shown).
  • KYC, sub-account, region, and other restrictions are subject to page interception; sub-accounts cannot subscribe.

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Claim or View Coupons in the Coupon Center

  • Open [Coupon Center] → Find your voucher under Financial Experience Coupon /
    Smart Leverage Experience Coupon
    .
  • If pending claim, click Claim Now; if already claimed, you can go to the special area or click Use.
  • Statuses include: pending claim, claimed, used, expired. Used coupons cannot be reused, and expired coupons will not be reissued.

Step 2: Enter the Experience Coupon Area

  • Access the Smart Leverage homepage for the experience coupon area, or click Use on the coupon.
  • If there are no available coupons, only expired/used coupons, or you do not meet compliance requirements, the entry will not be displayed.

Step 3: Select a Product and Subscribe

  • In the special area, choose the target product, confirm the [Experience Coupon] label, fixed denomination, and check the risk warning before confirming subscription.
  • If you have multiple coupons, you can switch vouchers during the process; only one voucher and one unsettled order can be active at a time (if you have an open position, you’ll be prompted to settle before subscribing again).

Step 4: View Positions and Order Details

  • In Smart Leverage Positions, those with the [Experience Coupon] label are visible. Click for details such as expiration, P&L, and explanations.

Step 5: Settlement at Expiry

  • Upon expiration, automatic settlement occurs. Check the settlement page for P&L and explanations; you may receive a site message/email (subject to actual circumstances).
  • Experience coupon orders are not included in the total asset valuation of Leverage Worry-Free.

Important Notes

  • Experience coupon P&L is based on virtual principal; profits may be credited, losses do not deduct from your own funds (refer to the risk warning).
  • Using your own funds to buy regular Leverage Worry-Free products still carries market risk; rules and display are based on the Gate online page.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Is the experience coupon cash?
A: No, it is virtual principal. Only when settlement generates distributable earnings may actual earnings be credited.

Q: Why can't I see the entry?
A: Check if you are logged in, have available coupons, KYC/sub-account/region status, or if the coupon is expired or already used.

Q: Why isn't the experience coupon in the calculator?
A: The calculator is only for regular products; experience coupons are subscribed in the experience coupon area.

Q: Can I combine experience coupons with my own funds in one transaction?

Q: Do I have to pay for losses when the coupon expires?
A: No actual loss is collected; your own funds are not deducted for losses on that experience coupon (refer to the page for details).
