The news states that the father of a certain Crypto Assets tycoon was kidnapped for ransom in Paris and has now been rescued. It is reported that this Crypto Assets tycoon owns a company managing cryptocurrency in Malta, and his father was kidnapped around 10:30 AM on Thursday, with a demand for a payment of 5-7 million euros via transfer. Currently, four individuals involved in the case have been arrested and detained, and the related news has not disclosed the name or other information about the Crypto Assets tycoon. Earlier reports indicated that Ledger co-founder David Balland was also kidnapped in France earlier this year, and he was ultimately rescued, but it is said that one of his fingers was severed during the incident.
