At the end of trading in New York, the euro was worth $1.1225, down from $1.1328 in the previous session, and the pound was worth $1.3251, down from $1.3317 in the previous session. The U.S. dollar was worth 145.88 yen, up from 143.53 yen in the previous session, the U.S. dollar was worth 0.8312 Swiss francs, up from 0.8216 Swiss francs in the previous session, the U.S. dollar was worth 1.3928 Canadian dollars, up from 1.3808 Canadian dollars in the previous session, and the U.S. dollar was worth 9.7340 Swedish kronor, up from 9.6344 Swedish kronor the previous day.
