#Bitcoin Reserve Bill
Texas has passed Senate Bill 21, which allocates $10 million in state funds to create the country's first state-level Bitcoin reserve — unlike Arizona and New Hampshire, which only authorized but did not fund such reserves. An accompanying bill also ensures that these BTC assets cannot be used for general state expenditures.
