On December 9, 2025, after BTC surged to $92,000, it quickly pulled back and briefly fell below the $90,000 level. The battle between bulls and bears is intense and is being influenced by cautious market sentiment ahead of the Federal Reserve's interest rate decision. Technical indicators across different timeframes show signs of consolidation and accumulation. The detailed analysis is as follows:
1. Daily chart: The MACD fast and slow lines remain above the zero axis, maintaining a golden cross, but bullish momentum has weakened, and the market has entered a consolidation phase. The RSI (14) has dropped to 52, in a neutral-to-bullish range, with no overbought pressure and still some upward potential. The middle band of the Bollinger Bands at $89,500 provides strong support and is turning upward; the candlestick has retraced to this level, and a break below would likely signal a weakening trend. Meanwhile, the EMA30 trendline at $93,300 is a key resistance level, and the upper band resistance of the Bollinger Bands is at $94,050.
2. 4-hour chart: The overall sideways movement is pronounced, with the EMA trend indicators narrowing. EMA120 forms resistance at $91,450, and EMA15 provides support at $90,460. The MACD shows insufficient volume, with DIF and DEA moving sideways near the zero axis, indicating weak momentum on both sides. The Bollinger Bands are also narrowing, with the upper band at $91,640 and the lower band at $88,400 defining the current range; price will likely not show a clear trend until it breaks out of this range.
3. 2-hour chart: The price has dropped from $91,467 to around $90,008, forming a short-term downtrend with progressively lower highs. The MACD shows a short-term bearish advantage, and there is insufficient momentum for a rebound. A trend reversal signal may only appear after further consolidation.
Additionally, the current key support level is at $88,000; if this is lost, further downside is possible. The $93,000 - $95,000 range above is a key resistance zone, and only a breakout above this area would open up more upside potential. $BTC #参与创作者认证计划月领$10,000
