Real Finance has just secured $29 million in private funding and is preparing to go all in on infrastructure development—the goal is clear: to enable institutions that are still on the sidelines to smoothly enter the tokenized asset market.
The composition of this funding round is quite interesting: digital asset investment firm Nimbus Capital directly contributed $25 million as the lead investor, with Magnus Capital and Frekaz Group following up to complete the round. Clearly, these firms are bullish on this sector.
The Real Finance team revealed that the funds will be directly invested in building compliance frameworks and operational systems. Their aim is not just a single breakthrough, but a full-stack RWA platform from the ground up to the application layer—after all, what this field lacks most right now is infrastructure that connects all the key components.
