Interesting movement in a Solana token called $FAD on decentralized exchanges.

The 24-hour figures look like this: buying volume is around $16,500, selling volume is about $14,000. The ratio indicates slightly more buying pressure. Liquidity currently amounts to just under $28,000 – not particularly deep, but quite common for smaller tokens.

Market capitalization hovers around $79,500. So, we're talking about a micro-cap project in the early stages. At this size, it can quickly become volatile, both up and down.

Anyone interested in the Solana ecosystem and new tokens should always keep an eye on the liquidity situation. With less than $30k liquidity, even small trades can cause significant price movements.

Not investment advice – just the sober data from a current DEX listing.

28k liquidity is actually a very critical data point. Using Uniswap V3's slippage model, a single buy order of 5k at this level can cause significant price deviations, which is a typical pre-shock characteristic. From a tokenomics perspective, the ratio of a 79.5k market cap to 28k liquidity... well, if the assumption holds, the risk exposure is completely superlinear. According to on-chain data, such micro-cap tokens are often marginalized in governance proposals within the SOL ecosystem. It is worth noting the issue of liquidity mining incentives.

28k liquidity... Such a shallow pool can be pushed to the sky with a big order, but can also crash to hell

28k liquidity is basically a rug waiting to happen, seen this movie before. those buy/sell ratios mean nothing when one whale decides to exit lol

A micro trading platform with insufficient liquidity— isn't this just the prelude to a rug pull?

28k liquidity is so shallow, one whale can wipe it out --- micro cap is just gambling, think about stop loss before buying --- These new tokens on Solana are really easy to pump, be careful everyone --- Buy and sell with a difference of 2500 dollars, nothing special about this wave --- Avoid assets with insufficient liquidity, wait and see --- Market cap of 79,500 dollars... this is just a shell --- Next candidate for rug pull? --- Looks stable but actually feels very risky --- Who really dares to hold heavy positions at this depth --- Buy pressure is slightly higher but liquidity is terrible, not trusting

Micro trading is really exciting, but with only 28k liquidity, it's basically a warning for a potential rug pull.
