CEX US stocks pre-market rises over 18%, previously approved to enter prediction markets
On December 11, the cryptocurrency trading platform CEX Space Station, Inc. (stock code: GEMI) surged over 18% in pre-market trading. Previously, it was reported that CEX had been authorized to enter the prediction market sector. It is understood that CEX received approval from the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) this Wednesday to operate a “Designated Contract Market” (DCM). The prediction platform is called CEX Titan and will initially launch classic binary event contracts, which are “simple yes/no questions about future events.”
