There's a difference between forcing yourself to grind and being so consumed by your vision that grinding becomes inevitable. One feels like punishment. The other feels like you'd do it anyway, with or without the stakes.

Obsession vs discipline, the difference is really big. The old-fashioned self-discipline approach is outdated; true people are those completely consumed by their own things.

Obsessiveness and discipline are almost two different worlds—one pulls you in and you can't stop, the other is a daily struggle with yourself... I believe more in the first one.
