THQ's recent issuance indeed caught some off guard. The midnight launch almost caused many followers to miss it, but fortunately it was discovered in time to avoid regret.
From the project's perspective, THQ's fundamentals still have some highlights. Kaito's early roadshows attracted quite a few participants, coupled with community enthusiasm and mining incentives before launch, which indeed accumulated a lot of popularity. However, the problem lies precisely in the issuance pace—delaying for too long, which actually weakened market enthusiasm.
This situation is quite common in new projects. Even if early momentum is strong, choosing the wrong timing for launch can easily lead to awkward situations: old players' enthusiasm wanes, and new entrants are not yet ready. Currently, THQ is in such a window period; whether the situation can be reversed depends on subsequent market performance and operational rhythm.
Wait, the project itself is okay, but the slow issuance pace is really too common, and the hype has been worn down completely
The key still depends on whether the operations team can save the situation, otherwise it will be another "project that should have been popular"
No matter how much hype is built up, if the timing is wrong, everything will collapse.
Popularity works like that— the longer you wait, the cooler it gets. THQ's timing this time really fell flat.
