NIGHT is trading around 0.0618, up nearly 9.4%, after a sharp volatility expansion earlier in the session. The move started from the 0.0605 liquidity sweep, where downside stops were taken cleanly before buyers stepped in aggressively. That flush and reclaim is important because it shows liquidity was hunted first, not distributed.
Price then pushed into the 0.0678 area, where sell-side liquidity and short-term profit taking kicked in. Since then, NIGHT has been pulling back in a controlled way toward the 0.061 to 0.062 zone, which now acts as an active support region. Volume peaked during the impulsive green candles and has since cooled, suggesting this is not panic selling but normal leverage reset.
Liquidation data aligns with this structure. Shorts were forced out on the upside move, while current pullback appears driven by late longs being cleaned rather than whales exiting. Funding remains elevated but not extreme, which tells me leverage is still present but not at dangerous levels yet. Whale activity looks rotational, not aggressive distribution, as price is holding above the key reclaim level.
Momentum has shifted from expansion to consolidation. As long as 0.0600 to 0.0605 holds, this structure favors continuation rather than reversal. A clean reclaim of 0.0635 would open the door for another attempt toward the highs.
Market outlook Short-term consolidation within a bullish structure. Trend remains constructive above support, with volatility likely to return after leverage resets.
Key levels Support: 0.0605, then 0.0590 Resistance: 0.0635, then 0.0678
Trade levels TP 1: 0.0635 TP 2: 0.0675 SL: 0.0589
Market cap Based on current price and circulating supply estimates, NIGHT market cap sits approximately in the $180M–220Mrange, keeping it in a high-beta mid-cap zone where momentum moves can extend quickly.
My take This move looks like liquidity engineering followed by healthy digestion, not a blow-off. I would rather respect structure and wait for confirmation than chase candles. Do your own research.
