Staring at the screen in a daze, an hour just like that has passed... I really can't hold on anymore.

Do you remember a year ago? Back then, I simply couldn't stop—digging into project whitepapers, chasing the latest Meme coin trends, participating in new coin listings... I only slept 4.5 hours a day and didn't feel tired. That kind of drive, I really can't find it anymore.

The market is becoming more and more dull, and there are fewer trading opportunities. Sometimes sitting in front of the computer, I don't even know what to do. Should I keep holding my positions? Or do I need a new approach?

What are you all busy with now? Are there any new strategies? Share them, and let's study them together.

Isn't this the Bear Market Syndrome? I really understand it too well. The momentum from last year has long been worn away by reality... now I just want to earn passively. Actually, it’s just that there are no certain opportunities, I don’t dare to take a Heavy Position and I don’t want to Cut Loss. I'll just hold my position, anyway, there’s nothing new, we are all waiting for the next opportunity.

I totally get this feeling. The "stay up all night" state from a year ago really can't be regained. Sitting in front of the computer and zoning out is probably the norm now. Actually, holding a position is just a choice, there's nothing wrong with it. But you're right, I really need to think of new things, or else I might really become obsolete.

I totally understand this state. The adrenaline rush from a year ago is really hard to replicate. Holding onto positions until numbness sets in isn't as good as actively seeking opportunities. Right now, it's mainly about whether there are new developments in the ecosystem; otherwise, it's really uncomfortable to stay idle.

I totally understand this state; I can't get back the adrenaline from last year at all.

The bear market has worn people out and made them irritable. I now just stare at the screen in a daze every day. That momentum from a year ago is truly gone; now I get sleepy just looking at the white paper. Rather than just holding onto my stash, it's better to think about new ecosystems. I have to find something to do, after all.
