Many people have said that this cycle will be a "super cycle," but they are all wrong.
In my opinion, a true super cycle only begins when gold and precious metals enter a long-term downtrend, while Bitcoin, thanks to its absolute scarcity, starts breaking new all-time highs. That’s when the capital truly shifts.
The old generation still keeps their money in gold.
The new generation’s capital will move into Bitcoin.
When gold weakens, Bitcoin will attract capital.
Looking at gold in 1972 versus Bitcoin heading toward 2027, the structures are very similar. This supports the scenario that Bitcoin will outperform all asset classes in the next cycle.
Currently, gold has a market cap of about $31.7 trillion, while Bitcoin is only around $1.8 trillion.
Even if BTC reaches $200,000, its market cap would only be about $5 trillion — still much smaller than gold.
There’s always a reason to be afraid in the market:
Previously it was regulation, energy, volatility;
Now it’s AI, quantum computing.
Fear constantly changes shape.
And that fear often causes people to sell right before a major rally.
It’s very likely that this is the last bear cycle where Bitcoin remains below 100k.
✏️ Note: 2026 is still slow and difficult,
the truly important year is 2027.$BTC $ETH
