I was trapped in trades three times in December. I spent more than half a month modifying my trading system and didn't trade much. One of those three times was because I didn't set a stop loss, forgot to cancel the order, and it was executed at 4 a.m., resulting in a loss. The other two times were purely for short-term gains, but I didn't catch the moves and ended up being caught by a major market trend. Since then, I've been making adjustments. Now, my signals for short-term trades have decreased, and I won't miss major market moves just for a few points. In January, I will continue trading.
