Do traders have this feeling—after starting to trade cryptocurrencies, their sleep schedule is completely ruined. Going to bed at 10:30? That's impossible.
Every night, staring at the order book, afraid of missing any market movement. Anyway, since I'm just idling around, I might as well watch some K-line charts. As a result, two or three hours pass by, and I feel no sleepiness at all. The truly terrifying thing is that kind of futile late-night scrolling—seeing no valuable information, but just can't put down the phone.
The most uncomfortable part is that kind of contradiction: knowing it's not right but still continuing to refresh the screen. Lying in bed, feeling guilty, but still can't fall asleep. Are all crypto people like this? Or is it just me being so bad at it?
