Traders often love to focus on win rates, but this is actually a false proposition.

What truly determines victory or defeat is not how many times you win, but whether you can see through the essence of probability.

Every trade is uncertain. No matter how well you analyze, it’s only "more likely," never "guaranteed to win." The market will never make promises just because you are diligent. You cannot change the market, but you can change how you place your bets.

The core difference between winners and most people isn’t that complicated—ordinary people are always "betting on the outcome of this one trade," while winners keep repeating "actions that are beneficial to themselves in the long run."

Traders who truly succeed have no black tech. Their secret is: find a slight advantage, then execute it mindlessly a thousand times. What matters is not whether you made a profit or a loss on a single trade, but whether you can consistently follow the rules. Trading is not about luck; it’s about long-term compound growth.

Defense always comes first. You must tightly control risk to ensure that any mistake cannot turn the tide.

But this is easier said than done. The real challenge lies in these areas: can you calmly accept losses as normal? Can you stick to your plan in completely uncertain situations? During consecutive losses, can you stay calm, avoid changing strategies, and resist adding random positions?

Ultimately, trading is about your ability to coexist with probability. Staying clear-headed amid volatility means you’ve already won more than half the battle. Time will ultimately reward those who maintain consistent actions.

That's right, executing blindly a thousand times really earns more than gambling once. The key is to be able to hold back.

Well said, the concept of win rate has really been overly mythologized. I used to fall into this trap too, calculating win rates every day, but in the end, I still lost everything, haha.

Exactly right. People who are always obsessed with win rates simply don't understand what trading is... Execution is the key.

That's right, it's execution. Most people fail because of their mindset, not because of their strategy.
