Technologically, parallel transaction processing can reduce block time to 6 seconds, triple throughput, and verify DuskEVM's stable performance under high load. In terms of collaboration, the €300 million project with NPEX will continuously generate real transaction data, testing in practice how much transaction volume the compliance framework can handle. Financially, the goal is to increase institutional funds from the current level to 70% for the entire year, paving the way for institutional entry. Another 6-second blocks, tripling throughput... I've heard this set of words before. EOS was touting this back in 2017. And now... I’m truly impressed by the goal of 70% institutional fund share. The project teams’ skill in making pie-in-the-sky promises is truly superb. Does the 300 million euro NPEX partnership sound quite uncertain? Is there real trading data or just paper agreements?
