It's the same "community-driven" rhetoric again... From a game theory perspective, this vague participation incentive mechanism essentially reduces interaction costs while creating information asymmetry, encouraging us to voluntarily contribute to the testnet snapshot. But to be fair, we need to see on-chain evidence from the official platform first; otherwise, it's just armchair strategizing.
