Wu Shuo learned that, according to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange announcement, Hong Kong-listed company Yingzheng International announced its strategic involvement in the Web3.0 blockchain field. The company plans to provide software development services for blockchain exchanges and project parties, and is preparing to operate its own trading platform to explore digital asset exchanges, wallets, and related technologies with compliance as its goal. The company's main business is biometric recognition and security software services. It will be renamed Yingzheng International (formerly Lazy Pig Technology) in December 2025, with a current market value of approximately HKD 123 million.
