#数字资产市场动态 Weekly Trading Review | Gains and Losses Summary

This week’s market was fast-paced, and I didn’t react in time at the open, resulting in two trades hitting stop-loss. To be honest, I was a bit frustrated at first, but after careful calculation—losing 10 points spread over the total position size only accounts for about one-third of the stop-loss ratio, so the actual damage was limited.

Later, I realized one thing.

Those market movements that you don’t understand are never opportunities; frankly, they are risks wrapped in sugar. What you think is an opportunity is, in nine out of ten cases, a trap set by the market.

Similarly—volatility outside of your system is not regretful. That’s just doing your duty. If the market moves beyond your trading system’s coverage, you shouldn’t participate, and that’s something you should do. Your ability to make money and your risk awareness must be aligned; otherwise, you’re overdrawing your capital.

After observing the crypto market more, I increasingly understand one principle: just staying alive is already winning half the battle.

The moment you set a stop-loss is actually when you're making money. Don't be fooled by the account balance.

Losing stop twice and still staying so calm, your mindset is indeed impressive.

Taking two stop-loss trades is a bit uncomfortable, but after carefully calculating the accounts, I feel more at ease. Really, if you can't understand the market行情, just don't touch it; that's a trap. --- Ultimately, it's a matter of system matching degree. When beyond the coverage range, it's better to lie flat; that's rational. --- This week's feeling is, as long as you're alive, you've won. Not being trapped is a victory. --- A ten-point loss doesn't seem like much when broken down, the key is that the stop-loss discipline hasn't been broken, which is more important than making money. --- Opportunities wrapped in risk like candy are the most poisonous. Now I see this kind of thing, I just pass directly; I've paid my tuition. --- External fluctuations in the system should be considered nonexistent; forcing participation is just asking for trouble. --- The biggest winning strategy in crypto is simply to stay alive; everything else is a bonus.

If you didn't set a stop-loss, your account would have blown long ago. Why are you still pretending to understand now?

Two stop-loss trades, at first it was really frustrating, but now I actually feel quite lucky that I didn't get swallowed by the market's sugar-coated trap.

I admire this mindset; not craving that illusory opportunity is the true winner. --- 10% stop loss was triggered, but it didn't hit the core of the principal; there's nothing wrong with this operation. --- "Just being alive is already half the victory"—this phrase is perfect. Crypto is like that; only by staying alive can you wait for the next wave. --- If you don't understand, don't touch it. This is a principle even the longest-standing people in the crypto circle have realized. --- Can you stay so calm after hitting the stop loss? You're definitely much better than those who hold on through the pain. --- Fluctuations outside the system are not regrets; they are just the cost of running alongside. It's high time to understand this. --- In fast-paced markets, it's easiest to make mistakes. Luckily, you didn't slip up; this calmness is valuable. --- Exactly, if the match isn't right, you're just losing money. Many people have blown up just like that. --- I've also fallen into some market traps a few times; only after losing money did I realize what it means to not understand.

Taking two stop-losses is a bit uncomfortable, but after calculating, it's not a big deal. The key is not to be greedy and chase after things I don't understand. Not chasing unfamiliar market trends really hit home for me; I've fallen into this trap before. In the crypto world, just surviving is already winning.

Stop-loss is just that, much better than those who stubbornly hold on.

Still daring to summarize experience after two stop-losses, this mindset is really steady.
