#数字资产市场动态 In the multi-cycle periods of the crypto market, I have seen too many people rush to exit in despair — and also seen quite a few turn things around with the right approach. The core logic is actually very simple, just these three main strategies:

**Step 1: Clear out assets.** Say goodbye to those junk coins without fundamental support, using stablecoins as a buffer. This way, once the market reverses, you won't be caught in a deadlock.

**Step 2: Gradual deployment.** Don’t try to perfectly time the bottom — no one can. Use dollar-cost averaging to slowly buy into BTC and ETH, one small amount at a time, spreading out your cost basis. In the long run, this method is much more reliable than chasing quick gains or panic selling.

**Step 3: Wait for opportunities.** Only act when the market gives clear signals, and operate with small positions in a solid manner. $BTC $ETH $BNB These mainstream assets are volatile and present many opportunities — the key is not to follow the crowd and buy blindly.

Looking at it from a different perspective, every dip is a window to lower your average cost. From mindset building to executing stop-loss and take-profit, from asset allocation logic to actual trading rhythm, the hardest part is never making money but avoiding losses. As long as you stick to your methodology without wavering, gradually fill in the gaps of losses, and wait for the bull market to arrive, you will naturally harvest gains.

It sounds good, but how many people can really stick to dollar-cost averaging without stopping losses? I've seen too many people give up before the bull market.

Basically, don't mess around. Clear out trash coins, dollar-cost average into mainstreams, wait for signals to act—sounds simple, but few can actually do it. Most are just greedy and self-destructive.

It's easy to say, but I'm the kind of person who only understands after taking a loss... I only now understand what "spreading out the cost" means. Why didn't I do it earlier?

You're not wrong; the core is just don't mess around blindly. I’ve suffered losses from chasing rallies and selling off in panic, so now I just honestly dollar-cost average into BTC and ETH. Anyway, in the long run, this way I can sleep peacefully. Those trash coins have already been cleared out, there's nothing to be nostalgic about.
