Here's my concern: if we're looking at a CBDC, that's fundamentally different from stablecoins issued by Circle, Tether, or PayPal. A government-backed digital currency would likely strike many Americans as contrary to their preference for decentralized financial alternatives—quite the opposite of what the crypto community typically champions.

Uh... CBDC is really a troublesome thing; once the government gets involved, it's doomed.

The government pushing CBDC is just wishful thinking. Isn't it just a central bank control under a different guise... We finally managed to create something decentralized, and now we're being pulled back?

Central bank digital currency is really a freak; holding government endorsement and still wanting to do decentralized work— isn't that just a contradiction...

Once CBDC comes out, it's doomed. This thing is just trying to lock our money in a cage... Americans would rather play with coins than want this system.

CBDC is basically the government wanting to install a "financial monitor" on us, haha, that's really interesting.

Honestly, CBDC is a joke from the start... Americans have always wanted decentralization, but the government insists on creating a central digital currency? Isn't that just a contradiction?

Isn't this the old problem? As soon as CBDC comes out, crypto people have to run. LOL

ngl the cbdc thing is lowkey the ultimate frontrun—government literally trying to sandwich decentralization out of the market lmao. watching this play out feels like checking gwei right before a network congestion spike, you just *know* what's coming but can't really do much about it...

CBDC is really a cautionary tale; once the government gets involved, it's doomed. Isn't this just an attempt to monitor our wallets?

Haha, once CBDC arrives, we're doomed. The government will make it centralized, isn't that a slap in the face to our belief in decentralization... Should have known to secretly position BTC earlier.
