Most of the messy trading dynamics you see onchain tend to clear up dramatically once you're tapping into serious liquidity pools. Once you graduate from shallow markets to real depth on major exchanges, a lot of those inefficiencies just vanish.

As for trading depth, really getting it right can solve 80% of the problems. Shallow pools are just a trap.

The chaos in the shallow pool is all an illusion; deep liquidity is the real truth... but the problem is that most retail investors can't see where the real funds are flowing.

ngl Deep liquidity pools are the ultimate solution; those bizarre market conditions in small pools will simply disappear... But the real problem is that most retail investors simply can't get in.

nah this is exactly where the alpha gets compressed tho... once everyone figures out the same liquidity = efficiency formula, that's when the real chaos starts brewing beneath the surface lol

Messing around in shallow pools for ages, might as well jump straight to deep liquidity... it's really a world of difference.

ngl, this hits different when you're not the one getting rekt in shallow pools... been there, lost that. but real talk—serious liquidity doesn't mean your health factor's safe, watch those collateral ratios fr fr

Really? Deep liquidity can solve all problems? I feel like when big players manipulate the market, it actually becomes more efficient.

Liquidity depth, according to the market microstructure model in the white paper, can indeed explain 95% of on-chain noise phenomena. But here's the question—is this a survivor bias or a true regularity? It is worth noting that the entry of large players itself changes the market structure, and the circular reasoning is quite strong.

Honestly, all the messy small coins and those chaotic things are not worth watching. The real money has already been priced in areas with sufficient depth.

Ha, it's that same deep liquidity theory again, but in reality... the so-called "chaos" at small exchanges is actually where the alpha lies.
