A pullback is not an end, but a necessary correction after overheated sentiment
Recently, the crypto market has experienced a phased pullback. On the surface, it appears as a price decline, but in essence, it is a natural correction following overly optimistic sentiment and rapid gains. During an upward cycle, the market often accumulates risk when consensus is strongest. When bullish traders are overly aligned, a pullback becomes a necessary process to release pressure.
From the market structure perspective, this round of pullback is not a total collapse but rather high-volatility assets leading the decline, with mainstream assets relatively holding steady. This differentiation indicates that the market is still digesting previous gains rather than entering a phase of systemic risk. The cooling of sentiment indicators helps lay a healthier foundation for the next stage of movement.
For investors, the key is not to predict when the pullback will end, but to understand its nature. If the pullback is accompanied by moderate volume and decreasing leverage levels, it is a healthy adjustment; only when liquidity sharply drops and panic selling spreads should one be highly cautious.
Therefore, it is premature to simply interpret a pullback as a “trend reversal.” During the uncertain transition between bull and bear markets, a pullback is more like a market self-correction process. #加密市场回调
