My random opinion on crypto and it’s current situation:
From the very start the point of crypto currencies was to escape the established financial system and create a system that is governed by the user, regular people like you and I. Nowadays the crypto markets are overtaken by large institutions: Banks, Index Funds, Governments and such. Instead of being a separate thing, crypto is now part of that system that it promised to escape from, in a way crypto has failed. In the future crypto will have it’s place, but it won’t be the system that’s it’s founding members said it will be. Maybe I’m just ill informed, what do you people think?
