🚨Anthropic's latest workforce study provides an important insight:

The true impact of AI on employment may not yet be fully reflected in the "unemployment rate"
but it has already begun to show in "young people finding it harder to enter the job market."
Key conclusions:
The actual coverage of AI is still far from its theoretical capabilities
So far, high-exposure occupations have not experienced a systematic rise in unemployment
However, there is about a 14% slowdown in hiring for 22–25-year-olds entering high-exposure roles
The most exposed are not low-wage blue-collar jobs, but often higher-education, higher-income white-collar positions
The first wave of AI impact may not be "immediately laying off current employees"
but rather "reducing new hires for new positions"
