Reviewing the morning market action, Bitcoin experienced a nearly 2,000-point unilateral rally, breaking strongly through the 70,000 level to around 71,900. Our first wave of long positions established in the morning precisely captured this profit move and successfully exited at take-profit. Currently, the second wave of long positions at 71,500 remains in holding.
From a technical structure perspective, on the 4-hour timeframe, after breaking the previous high at 71,200, the K-line has solidly established itself above the EMA moving average system, exhibiting a standard bullish alignment with divergence formation; the Bollinger Band channel opening has expanded again, with the upper band moving up to the 72,600 level, indicating the uptrend channel has opened. From pattern and support levels, the morning breakout represents a typical acceleration rally following flag consolidation. After retracing and stabilizing near 71,300, this constitutes normal technical consolidation following a breakout. The downside support structure is very clear: the first support zone is at 70,800-71,000, which is the previous high resistance-turned-support level and the current lifeline for bulls; the strong support is at 70,500, coinciding with the 4-hour EMA15 moving average. As long as this zone holds, the uptrend structure won't be broken. On-chain data shows that during the morning rally, whales displayed no obvious distribution signals; rather, they continued accumulation during pullbacks, providing momentum support for further northward movement.
In summary, the morning unilateral rally is merely the launch signal for a new uptrend phase. The current chart is in the shock consolidation stage following a strong breakout, and pullbacks are opportunities to add positions. Operationally, as long as Bitcoin doesn't break below 70,800, one can confidently enter long positions. Based on this defense line, our target first focuses on the 72,200-72,600 region. After a breakthrough, the space will open to the 73,500-74,500 level. Since the trend is established, going with the flow is the winning strategy. #Gate广场AI测评官 $BTC
