Pharos, a financial public chain closely associated with Ant Group and Ant Chain, completed a strategic investment from Hong Kong-listed company JinkoSolar New Energy (HK:00451), with a valuation close to $1 billion.
According to available information, Pharos completed an $8 million seed round financing in November 2024, led by Hack VC and Lightspeed Faction, with participation from SNZ Capital, Hash Global, MH Ventures, Dispersion Capital, Generative Ventures, and Chorus One, among others.
As of the close on March 13 (Friday), JinkoSolar New Energy (HKEX:0451) had a market value of approximately $245 million, with stock prices rising about 52% since 2026.
