$PIPPIN What is this dog whale trying to do? The funding rate has even gone negative at -0.7. Smart money still dominates with short positions. Generally when the funding rate turns negative, dog whales are trying to pump it up to trap people. There's likely another drop coming. There are too many trapped positions above, so it probably won't pump the market right now.
