Focus on yourself. Exercise, dance, go for walks, and cultivate small habits that improve your life. Because a person's energy changes the most when they invest in themselves. As your body becomes stronger, your mind also recovers. Instead of constantly dwelling on the past, learn to leave it where it is. Don't diminish yourself, and don't act as if you are desperate for anyone's love. Shine, grow, have fun, and create. If the past knocks on your door, just smile and keep moving forward.
